Excellent Stay!
quiet location plant-based options powerful shower
I was charmed by the quiet location. I appreciated the easy access via the tube. Shepherds Bush station worked well for me. Breakfast was amazing. I was thrilled with the variety of plant-based options available. The shower was powerful and hot. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a pleasant smell.
My room could have used a bit of a spruce up, but it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent stay with great service
polite team comfy beds
i found the staff to be very polite. the concierge helped arrange a hop-on hop-off tour. the room was super clean and the beds were comfy. breakfast offered a vast choice of foods.
the hotel room felt quite old to me. the carpets seemed dated. the furniture also showed wear and tear.

the hotel has a well kept gym that features three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine. the indoor pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section that provides a relaxed atmosphere.

tube station dining options professional check
I found the proximity to the tube station convenient. the location made it simple to travel around. i also appreciated the multiple dining options nearby. A lidl supermarket was close which allowed me to pick up essential groceries easily. the staff offered a very smooth and professional check in experience.
The corridor on my floor had a noticeable smell. It was a mix of food odors, which wasn't very pleasant.

Location proved ideal with the tube only a short walk. I found several shops and eateries nearby. Staff provided a very friendly welcome. Amenities at the hotel included a shop, bar, health club, and a restaurant.

i stayed at the hotel in july of this year. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and i found many options to suit my tastes. Room service provided meals promptly. The location was near many transit options.

The breakfast offered many choices I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The location allowed quick access to public transportation with a bus stop conveniently nearby. The staff quickly addressed my requests. My bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
